Service Description

A monthly creative process workshop for writers, visual artists and creators of all stripes. Influenced by Natalie Goldberg's method of timed writing practice, Amherst Writing Workshop's prompted writing, improv techniques and games, embodiment work, shamanic journeying and Buddhist dharma art practices. We will write or draw or paint (you choose your medium), meditate, move mindfully, and play games in order to relax into the abundant creative space that already exists within the non-thinking wisdom of our bodies.  Venmo me @Leslie-Blanco-3 or Zelle me @ leslie2blanco@gmail.com.
